  • Exchanges: Inside Germany, we cover not only the return shipping costs but also the shipping costs for sending the exchanged item back to you. For overseas customers, you're responsible for both returning shipping costs and receiving the exchanged item. 
  • Processing Time of an Exchange: Your desired new item will be shipped out via DHL within 2 business days after we receive the returned goods.
  • Processing Time of a Refund: Your refund will be processed within 10 business days from the date we receive your returned item, using the same payment method you used for your purchase.
